This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platforms and is incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Use of the Platforms by minors is prohibited.

  • it is no longer treated as personal data under applicable privacy laws, where permitted
  • it may be retained, analyzed, combined, and used indefinitely
  • it is not subject to access, deletion, or revocation requests

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Continued use of the Platforms after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
